ABOUT ME
I studied Graphic Design at university and started my career in printed publications. Now, many years on, I’m a creative interface designer specialising in user-centred design across multiple screen sizes.
I have been freelancing for over 10 years, working with award-winning agencies and in-house teams. I‘ve worked on a diverse range of projects including global responsive websites for high-end products, mobile apps, iBooks, brand identity and concept-driven pitches.
I am passionate about creating beautiful and functional digital experiences.

EXPERIENCE
huumun, April 2020 - Now
UI / UX Lead (Contract)
I work as design lead on a global drug launch project. This complex project consists of a large amount of different materials, such as interactive visual aids for iPad, branded websites for health care professionals and consumer websites aimed at patients. I have been involved from the very beginning to understand users needs; creating IA, user journeys, wireframes through to the interface design and prototypes for user testing. Also working with a small team of other designers, briefing in and overseeing their work.

Senior UI Designer (Contract)
Working within the Waitrose digital experience team to assist the gradual roll-out rebranded assets and develop a new UI library of global elements. Working alongside John Lewis teams to ensure brand consistency. I also worked within an agile team to deliver UI for slot booking on waitrose.com

Senior UI Designer (Contract)
Working in agile teams within JL.com, specifically working on product pages (new features and improvements) and a new proposition for Made to Measure Blinds, which includes brand new UI. I work closely with UX designers and front-end developers. I have also helped develop a responsive grid for the JL mobile site.

Spark 44 is an agency owned by Jaguar Land Rover. I worked within the digital design team providing support for ongoing projects as well as working with an agile team creating a new ‘Help Me Choose’ feature for Land Rover.

Senior UI/UX Designer (Contract)
huumun is a digital pharmaceutical agency. I worked as Lead UI Designer in a project team creating a global responsive website for a major brand in HIV medicine. I created the initial designs and visual guidelines (UI kit) for this website.
